Who we are

OPERION OS is a private project-delivery platform, a product of Cortiq, Inc. (www.CortiQ.systems), provided to approved organisations and their users. This notice explains what we store and why.

What we collect

Account data (your email address and display name); the project content you and your team create or upload (records, documents, drawings, contracts, schedules); and minimal technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Platform: to authenticate you, store and connect your project information, and run the features you use — including sending documents you choose to analyse to our AI provider for processing. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting). Documents submitted for AI analysis are processed by Anthropic. Each provider processes data under its own security and privacy terms.

Retention & your rights

Records are archived rather than destroyed, to preserve the project history. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact your administrator or us to make a request.
